Dr. Rohit Puranik is a highly experienced and caring physician who proudly serves patients at Centers for Pain Control and Vein Care in Northwest Indiana. With triple board certifications, Dr. Puranik offers a unique and comprehensive approach to treating both pain and vein conditions—helping patients improve comfort, mobility, and quality of life.

Dr. Puranik earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed his anesthesiology residency at the Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, followed by a fellowship in chronic and interventional pain medicine at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
