Rohit Puranik, MD is a triple board-certified physician at Centers for Pain Control & Vein Care, providing expert, patient-centered care to individuals throughout Northwest Indiana. Board certified in Pain Management, Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, and Anesthesiology, Dr. Puranik offers a comprehensive, interventional approach to diagnosing and treating chronic pain conditions and vein-related disorders, helping patients improve function, mobility, and overall quality of life.
Dr. Puranik earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed his anesthesiology residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, followed by a fellowship in Chronic and Interventional Pain Medicine at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. His advanced training allows him to utilize minimally invasive, image-guided procedures and evidence-based techniques to treat complex pain and vascular conditions.
In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Puranik brings extensive experience in medical practice management and healthcare infrastructure development, supporting the delivery of high-quality, scalable patient care across multi-site operations.
