I was very pleased with the promptness and professionalism shown by the staff and doctor. I was in so much pain and they all did what they could to make me comfortable. I truly appreciated the care that I received and I would recommend the Pain Clinic to my family and friends.

My expectations were met by a physician who spent a good amount of time with this new patient. The staff appears to be in an incredible hurry, except for the person doing the urine testing. She was a joy to have in that position which is awkward to manage socially. She made this patient feel comfortable and supported in something that was new and dreaded by me. Everyone across the board was competent and paid attention to their tasks. The scheduling was awesome at keeping track of me to get me an appointment. Three doctors referred me to a different clinic elsewhere but they did not return my call. If I need further care after the knowledge at this clinic is exhausted, I may try that other physician again. The physician I saw today was highly knowledgeable. The much referred doctor needs to steal Integrated Pain Clinic’s schedulers away to catch the “fish” some other summer. Hopefully, this clinic will have my issues resolved as completely as possible so I can just move forward with a better quality of life. Thank you for your services today.

Dr. Puranik listened to my concerns and did not ignore them like most doctors. He seems like a great guy and after my procedure we will see how the rest goes. A doctor listening to his patients is number one on my list so just for that, 5 stars!

Every one at Centers of Pain Control at the Munster office are outstanding. I suffer from mental illness and have been treated by all staff with great care. From Dr.s , NPC, nurses
and Physical therapists I give them a 5 stars out of 5. They have been treating my neck and back issues with 100% focus on my well being. Before you decide to get back or neck surgery, give them a try. I highly recommend it!

I have been going to CPC for a few years now. NP Samara Ruder has always listened attentively and treated me with compassion. If you are in pain, I highly recommend CPC and the entire staff.

Everyone very nice,and knew their job,I'm picky,because I was coordinator of 2 dr's offices and EMTworked with the drs,and for the dr's,Dr's, anyone who worked in Medical,Is Pickler, It works both ways,I need be nice regardless also.Doesnt make me better I always say give ,what you want in return,believe me I made mistakes,I'm human,just keep doing your best!!
