My provider is Samara Ruder... she is the BEST! She ALWAYS strives to execute the best care where my health is concerned. She takes her time and answers all of my questions, and together we come up with a treatment plan that I'm comfortable with. I wholeheartedly recommend Centers for Pain Control and Vein Care for anyone with a chronic pain issue. They treat the whole person and focus on the root of the problem, instead of just masking the symptoms with medications. I can't say enough great things about them.
I have been a patient since the clinic opened. I don't intend on going elsewhere!

Oh I I forgotten this I had asked the Blonde curls in her hair if I could get a copy of the Thanksgiving paper to call your pills in and not very nice ,she said that is the only one we got ,and the nice lady said ,oh I will make a copy for you no problem,

Ok,just don't understand that you have to call 7 days before you run out,no one I no has to do that that go to other pain doctors its confusing and when holidays

Dr. Maxfield it's one of the best doctors I've had and I got lot he is very personable he explains everything so then I can understand it who takes the time to listen can't ask for anymore than that

It was ok up until they brought in an active covid patient. I'm on oxygen 2/4 7 yet you are concerned about a bit of narco and the possibility I might Pic up a beer?
I don't drink every day, it might be 2x'a month , but letting an active covid patient in the office knowingly exposing me to the virus. Un except able
I'd like your office to send me my paper work and next appointment please

Everyone is so very friendly. They all care about my well being. Dr Puranik is an amazing dr. He’s always telling me exactly what he is doing and makes me feel comfortable. Everyone involved with my procedure did a fantastic job!!!! I thank all of you for taking such good care of me!

I absolutely hate the on line check in my phone froze twice and had to start all over when I arrived in office the nurse would not check me in said I had to go back and finish online check in tried to explain why I didn't finish and she seemed so RUDE to me and she didn't even help me out
