My experience was pleasant as always! The staff was kind and welcoming and Dr. Ho took his time to explain things/procedures, to answer/address my questions and concerns and also ask questions about how I felt about my progress and any things he may have presented to me as options moving forward. I never feel as if I’m being rushed along or as if I have no say in my treatment, and I love that.

Dr.maxfeild I must say is very much to the point of what is going on with why are you there for your visit with him, be prepared and ready to get to the point of your visit and not other medical problems added...dr.maxfeild knows his stuff and exam the location that is causing you pain and plan a treatment for you...I have no complaints from center of vein from any doctor, nurse Julie stein is the best she's awesome and understanding...the staff at center of pain is never rude...I highly recommend to my family, friends, and to you that center of pain is the place to go!!!!

Bob Tomich had his appt 11/11/2022, states that he was not seen by Julie Stein NP as expected on Friday. States this person who saw him for treatment was not her. Julie NP has a kind voice and disposition, he felt that this other medical person, did have concern and helpful nature in her voice. Since Bob is blind, he notices those things more and was disappointed at the level of care and surprised that it was not Julie NP after driving 3 hours to have a personal visit. Not clear why this visit response request is related to Julie Stein NP. I was advised that I could not attend in office, as I usually do, to help him navigate the rooms. Staff did not offer assistance, just asked me to leave the hallway. Asked Bob to go to room 5. He cannot “see” room 5. No gestures from staff to help lead the way, so I informed Bob of where room 5 was on the right, at the end, before I left to go back to the waiting room. Discussed this with Bob after the appt. He asked me to write this on his behalf. Just asking for a little more consideration related to persons with disabilities that need the extra help and to recognize what’s needed as a medical professional.

No sign posted upon entry for patient only appts in rooms. Advised that Covid protocol still in effect, after waiting in waiting room with patient. No N95 masks worn by staff. I wore N95 but was turned away. At Last appt 2 months ago, was able to sit with patient in room, why the abrupt change? Told at doorway after his name was called. Does that make sense? Have Covid vacc card and two boosters, did not appreciate being turned away when I am the primary caregiver and he is blind. Office staff said go to room 5, he cannot see room 5. I suggest more attention be given to persons with disabilities, and offer to assist them, If your not allowing family in the room.

I was Greeted by a staff that seemed/were very willing to help. They were understanding empathetic and caring. Explaining my situation and past 5 months of daily tumultuous extreme pain. Dr. Came up with a plan for my own needs. I explained openly to him as he was a very perceptive listener.
The intake nurse as well was very tentative to my condition and knew the right questions to ask. Brandy was jovial and it made for a Very secure feeling to me in the new atmosphere I was in. Every. Other place/Dr. I'd been to was passive. Dr
Is aggressive in his approach and wise even about things I wouldn't have expected! I respect you all and am looking to SOON be PAIN FREE again. Thank folks
